Job
Description
Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR
strategies that support organisational objectives.
Provide expert advice on employee relations, talent
acquisition, and workforce planning.
Analyse
HR metrics and recommend solutions to improve performance and
employee engagement.
Drive initiatives to
enhance employee development and retention.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company
policies in all HR activities.
Manage the
performance review process and support managers in delivering
constructive feedback.
Lead change management
efforts to align teams with evolving business
needs.
The Successful
Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related
majors.
At least 5 years of proven HR business
partnering experience, preferably in large organisation.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best
practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and
communication skills to influence stakeholders
effectively.
A track record of driving
successful talent and organisational development
initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
