Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages including tailoring coffee orders to meet specific customer requests, such as adjusting sweetness levels & milk alternatives.
Ensure that the coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent and high-quality coffee.
Ensure that guests receive prompt attention and service when they enter the restaurant.
Deliver efficient and effective service that is aligned with ATIPICO’s standards.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area, including workstations, serving counters, and dining areas - adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure the maintenance of equipment and flag for servicing or repairs when needed.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management and / or immediate superior
Job Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista
Service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail is crucial to ensure consistency of service.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
Need to work weekends and occasionally work overtime
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
