Oversee and manage the
daily operations of stores to ensure smooth
running.
Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and
other operational protocols.
To lead, motivate and manage
the team to achieve the desired business
results.
Supervise, guide and train all
personnel to maintain customer satisfaction.
Establish and
align monthly targets for sales turnover, food and labor costs, and
operating expenses. Monitor closely to ensure these targets are
achieved.
Thoroughly
monitor, control, and report all Profit and Loss (P&L) line
items.
Assist in managing the stock and setup
for the restaurant in line with the brand standards.
Understand the restaurant menu and provide recommendation
to guests as required.
Interact with guests,
take orders and provide quality service
Ensure
the workplace is clean and well maintained at all times.
Handle operations customer service feedback and
recovery.
Develop new operating strategies to
improve operational efficiency and maximise the operations
productivity.
Additional
Requirement :
1. Minimum 3 year of relevant
experience
2. Strong in communication skills and
presentation
3. Experience in analyzing profitability and
costing
4. Possesses basic food hygiene
certification
5. Barista / Bartender trained is a strong
plus
