Roles & Responsibilities

As a key member in the IT Department , your responsibilities include and are not limited to the following :

• Execute Group IT Policy and implement corporate infrastructure and networks.
• Train new system users and set up their accounts.
• Develop and maintain local networks to optimise performance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage network servers and technology tools, internal IT assets, software licenses and usage.
• Troubleshoot issues and outages and ensure network security.
• Keep an inventory of all IT assets.
