Account Manager - Private
Equity
Location : Singapore
Description
As
an Account Manager, you will review fund constitutional documents
from an operational perspective, providing accounting services for
the funds and calculate net asset value and investor services. You
will also review the work of team members and provide feedback for
improvement to guarantee timely delivery and quality of
work.

all capital activity of the funds
Review
Limited Partner and General Partners / Shareholder Allocation, and
calculations / schedules
Review financial
statements and partner capital statements
Review investor onboarding documents to ensure AML / KYC
compliance.
Skills
Required : Knowledge of
financial products, Private Equity / Venture Capital, Real estate
funds and environments along with prior fund accounting
experience
A Bachelor's or Master's level
degree in accounting
5+ years of private
equity or real estate fund accounting work experience
Experience in reviewing and preparing financial
statements.
