Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in acquiring and managing a portfolio of clients, including both corporate and individual accounts. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in property-related sectors, such as commercial or residential real estate, mortgage advisory, or property-backed lending, who are looking to transition into a broader financial services role.
Acquire and manage new client relationships, including property investors, business owners, and individuals seeking financing solutionsBuild and maintain strong rapport with clients to support long-term engagement and repeat businessPrepare and submit credit proposals, with a focus on property-backed loans and asset-based financingAssess creditworthiness and risk, particularly in the context of property-related transactionsCollaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure accurate loan approvals and timely disbursementsMonitor and supervise client accounts proactively to ensure compliance and performanceThe Successful Applicant
At least 2 years of experience in commercial loan solicitation and credit proposal preparationCandidates with backgrounds in commercial or residential property sales, property financing, or mortgage advisory are strongly encouraged to applyFamiliarity with property-backed lending and asset-based financing will be advantageousStrong customer orientation and ability to build lasting client relationshipsProactive and driven with a keen sense of ownershipWhat's on Offer
