Job Description :
- Create SOPs as a team and manage daily bar operations with precision
- Take charge of bar prep, stock levels, and timing
- Keep the bar clean, safe, and running smoothly
- Maintain drinks hygiene standards and workplace safety
- Assist the head bartender with cost management, quality control, and training new talent
Job Requirements :
Minimum require Degree holder with more than 2 years of working experience in the related fieldWorking knowledge of bar equipmentHave good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learnAble to work independently and in a teamAble to multitaskWilling to work on weekendCompensation :
Working days : 4.5 daysWorking hours : Wed - Fri 12pm - 3pm, 6pm - 12am, breaktime 2hrs; Sat 11am - 3pm, 6pm - 12am, breaktime 2hrs; Sun 11am - 5pmAnnual incrementsMedical insurance, annual leave, and Public Holiday leaveLate-night transport provided after 12amTell employers what skills you have
