Roles & Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Delivery

• Plan, schedule, and deliver instructor-led (in-person & virtual) and e-learning programs for all employee levels.
• Manage training calendars, venues, equipment, catering, and coordinate with external facilitators.
• Serve as the main contact for participants : registrations, reminders, pre-work distribution, and post-session follow-up.
