Brief Summary :
Job Responsibilities :
Account Management (70%)
Grow existing accounts by identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Handle RFQs, inquiries, and provide timely, accurate communication.
Oversee account performance, project implementation, and SOP compliance.
Manage receivables follow-up to ensure timely payments.
New Business Development (30%)
Prospect and secure new clients to expand the customer base.
Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Support strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
