Our client is a growing medical technology firm headquartered in Hong Kong with innovative product lines and operations across Asia. As they expand their B2B and hospital channel businesses, they are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Credit to lead and manage credit risk, collections, and customer financing activities across the region, with a key focus on Hong Kong and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement credit policies, frameworks, and risk assessment models to support commercial goals while maintaining strong credit controls.Oversee credit risk assessments and decisions on new and existing customers, including hospitals, clinics, and distributors.Monitor aging reports and drive timely collections across Hong Kong, Singapore, and other operating regions.Lead credit reviews and establish customer credit limits and payment terms in alignment with business strategy.Work closely with sales, finance, and legal teams to support deal structuring, contract terms, and dispute resolution.Manage customer credit exposures, overdue receivables, and provisions for bad debts.Partner with external agencies (credit insurers, legal firms) to manage high-risk accounts when necessary.Generate regular credit risk and receivables performance reports for senior management.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or similar qualifications preferred.Minimum 10 years of credit management experience, ideally in healthcare, medical device, or B2B industries.Proven ability to lead credit teams and implement scalable credit policies in a cross-border context.Strong knowledge of credit and collections practices in Hong Kong and Singapore.Hands-on experience with ERP / accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage.EA Licence No : 23S1615
