Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items in accordance with recipes, menus, and quality standards.
• Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation of dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
• Monitor food inventory and assist in stock control and ordering.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Work closely with the Head Chef / Manager to plan menus and daily specials.
• Manage time effectively to ensure meals are prepared and served promptly.
• Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff if required.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.
