Sales Engineer (Compressed Air & Filtration Systems)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure, including cold calling and proposal preparation.
• Technical Expertise : Serve as a subject matter expert on compressed air and filtration products. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to assess customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their business challenges and delivering tailored, value-added solutions.
• Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in compressed air and filtration to stay ahead of the market.
• Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure excellent customer experiences and provide market insights for product development.
• Reporting : Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
