Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu. To cook dishes with taste and timely delivery. As a senior cook you will be responsible for everything that goes in the employer's kitchen. You should also ensure that all cooking meets health and safety standards. Able to multi task and work as a team. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.

Senior cook work responsibilities :

• Oversee all dishes in preparing,cooking and serving
• Prepare dishes according to the approved monthly menu
• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
• Handle and store ingredients and food
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standard
