Roles & Responsibilities

Job scope

  • Prepare quotation,invoices and book keeping.
  • Follow up with customers for payment.
  • Attend to walk in customers.
  • Answering phone calls.

Requirements

  • Nitec & Above.
  • Have Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PDF.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Other info

  • Training will be provided.
  • Working Hours Mon-Fri 9-6pm.
  • Walking distance from Kallang & Bendemeer MRT.
