Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate retail shop-fitting projects & office projects
• Prepare and manage project costing and budgeting
• Achieve and maintain standardization and corporate identity for all retail stores
• Prepare work instructions / orders and submit drawings to main contractors and architects
• Work and communicate with interior designers in Singapore for designing and renovation of retail stores
• Coordinate shipment for international orders
• Perform invoice and packing list for customers for shipment
• Plan and forecast shipments on a weekly / monthly basis
• Attend site meetings prior to project implementation including coordinating on-site installation work, supervising on-site installation, etc
• Liaise and coordinate with related parties (e.g. : contractors, suppliers, business partners, etc) on shop fitting progress
• Perform quality checks and proper handover upon completion of projects
• Achieve project completion deadlines
• Perform administrative duties like ordering materials, planning delivery schedules for materials to be shipped to the respective country for renovation works, managing quotations, costing, filling, etc
• All other ad-hoc matters assigned by the team / management
