Randstad Sourceright, a global leader in talent solutions, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Talent Advisor to join our Internet Services Client team in Singapore with a key focus on sourcing sales talent in the Japan market.

About Your New Role

As a Talent Advisor , you'll be responsible for identifying talent across all levels and professionals such as go-to-market, sales, IT, and technology roles in Japan. Using a combination of internet searches, recruitment searching tools, and social media platforms, you'll conduct proactive and reactive sourcing to find the best candidates for our clients. Your role will involve vacancy intake, direct and indirect sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates to fulfill client needs.

Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in pipelining talent for future opportunities, ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies in collaboration with the Team Lead.
• Assess candidates thoroughly to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing activities to stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and sourcing best practices.
