Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Talent to shape our talent management initiatives across the region. This role will focus on Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition (with a strong emphasis on Campus Recruitment), Talent Mobility & Succession Planning, Performance Management, Culture & Engagement, Workforce Planning, and Organization Design. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and a deep understanding of the talent landscape in our region.

• Design and implement effective learning and development programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
• Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of lifelong learning and professional development across the Region.
