Roles & Responsibilities

Contract Period : 6 months, renewable

Location : Marina East (Nearest MRT)

Salary : Up to $5,000 / month

We are seeking a HR & Mobility Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role plays a key part in supporting HR operations and managing expatriate-related matters. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have prior experience with international assignments or mobility logistics, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Expatriate Management

  • Provide end-to-end support for expatriates, including relocation, housing, schooling, and transport arrangements
  • Coordinate tenancy agreements and renewals
  • Liaise with relocation service providers
  • Manage billing and reimbursement processes for expatriate benefits and club memberships
  • Prepare payroll / finance requests related to expatriate benefits
  • Assist with personal income tax coordination in collaboration with tax consultants

Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Support daily administrative operations for the HR team
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding logistics
  • Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports as required
  • Recruitment & Interview Support

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Arrange logistics for interviews, assessments, or virtual meetings
  • Assist with candidate documentation and follow-up communication
  • Invoicing & Vendor Management

  • Process and track HR-related invoices (e.g. recruitment agencies, relocation providers, vendors)
  • Coordinate with Finance for timely payment and cost allocation
  • Maintain accurate records of billing and vendor documents
  • Other Duties

  • Take on ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Prior experience in expatriate or mobility support
  • Strong coordination, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with HR operations and vendor management
