Senior HR Executive (Stat Board / 9 months / Hybrid!)

Job descriptionLearning & Development : Assist with programme coordination, communications (e.g., EDMs, collaterals), attendance tracking, registration, budget monitoring, and learning-related projects. Performance Management : Support the performance cycle, including appraisal coordination, training sessions, documentation, and data handling. Compensation & Benefits : Assist with review exercises, benefits administration, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and reporting. Competency Framework : Support competency mapping, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and related admin tasks. Project Coordination : Provide admin and coordination support for HR projects and committees, including meetings, documentation, communications, and tracking. Minimum Degree in Business / HR or equivalent Meticulous with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office applications. Experience in workday will be an added advantage
