Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a competent procurement staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company purchases products and services ethically. This role may involve collaborating with internal stakeholders, analyzing market trends, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Sourcing and selecting suppliers / vendors based on quality, price, delivery, and service.
- Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
- Managing relationships with existing suppliers and identifying potential new suppliers.
- Liaise with Suppliers on defective goods and take corrective action.
- Maintain minimum supply inventory levels and negotiate any emergency deals with vendors.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as project to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Ensure the documents are properly filed for easy traceability.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory.
- To perform other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duty from management when required.
Requirements :
Minimum Degree in Purchasing & Material Control or Business Administration or its equivalents.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Proficient in written and spoken language.Able to work independently and meet deadlines.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Tell employers what skills you have
