As a Commis Chef , you'll be an essential part of our kitchen team. You'll support prep and service with consistency, care, and discipline - learning from our senior chefs while building your foundation in classical techniques and Filipino flavours. Your Role

Kitchen Operations

• Support the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to ensure smooth kitchen operations throughout the day.
• Prepare and execute dishes to the restaurant's standards.
• Carry out daily prep tasks including :

Washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits

Cleaning and portioning meats and seafood

Preparing sauces, condiments, and other components

Setting up and cleaning kitchen equipment

Dishwashing and sanitation

Cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas

Waste sorting and disposal
