Job Description & Requirements

• Communicating with exisiting customers, making calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Attending to potential / existing customers' enquiries and offering solutions and quotations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customers' orders, coordinating with internal departments to fulfil shipments
• Gather and analyse customer feedback for service improvement
• Monitor and report on performance against targets
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
