Description : Maintain
and prepare full sets of financial and management
accounts.
Handle timely and accurate closing,
consolidating, and preparing monthly accounts.
Manage all accounts-related transactions, including trade
and non-trade payments, receipts, and staff
reimbursements.
Prepare, file, and submit
quarterly GST / WHT returns.
Ensure effective
cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with
statutory and accounting standards, audit requirements, and
internal controls.
Liaise with external
auditors, tax agents, and TP agents.
Familiarity with the oil, petrochemical, and oil
derivatives industry, including Incoterms, MTM, LC processes, and
discounting.
Provide analysis,
recommendations, and implementation for accounting process and
procedure improvements.
Support forecasting
and budgeting exercises as required.
Handle
the Statistics Singapore Survey preparation and
submission.
Efficiently and securely archive
relevant information and documents for future reference.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by
management.
Job
Requirements : Degree
in Accountancy with at least 2-3 years of accounting and finance
management experience.
Experience in commodity
finance, letter of credit, discounting and working within a trading
company.
Knowledge of ACCPAC and Xero
accounting systems preferred.
Strong
leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Preferably in the oil trading
industry.
