Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales Account Executive to manage key client accounts and drive revenue growth. The role requires a combination of strong market knowledge, client relationship management, and execution discipline. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base, increasing sales of high-value SKUs, and contributing to the company’s net profit growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management & Development
o Manage assigned key accounts and nurture long-term relationships.
o Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities.
o Understand clients’ and provide solutions that ensure trust and reliability.
2. Sales Execution & Performance
o Achieve provided sales targets
o Collaborate with procurement and operations to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
o Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
3. Market & Product Analysis
o Maintain knowledge of the semiconductor and server component market.
o Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and high-demand SKUs.
o Work with management to identify strategic products and customer segments.
4. Reporting & CRM Management
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and forecasts in CRM.
o Provide regular updates on account health, pipeline status, and market intelligence.
