Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

  • Issue invoices and handle daily order processing
  • Assist in checking and recording incoming stock
  • Manage product returns and exchanges
  • Support other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements :

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
  • Able to handle invoicing and stock checking
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and good communication skills
  • Relevant experience preferred, training will be provided
  • Working Hours :

  • Monday to Friday : 9 : 00am – 7 : 00pm
  • Saturday : 9 : 00am – 3 : 00pm
  • Lunch break : 1 hour
  • Salary : SGD $2,800 – $3,200
