Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire and grow top-tier IT client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Identify market opportunities, emerging technologies, and industry trends to position solutions effectively.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, proposals, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (solution architects, delivery, operations, and marketing) to tailor offerings that meet client needs.
- Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling technology solutions and services.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecast, and sales reports to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fieldMinimum 8 years of proven business development experience, with a strong track record in developing and managing top-tier IT client accounts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to influence C-level stakeholders and close high-value deals.Results-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.HOW TO APPLY :
