About the Company :

China United Lines Limited and CU Lines PTE LTD (Collectively referred as “CULINES”) were incorporated in 2005 and 2022, separately. With the restructuring of CULINES being complete in November 2024, the headquarters of CUNLINES was moved from Shanghai to Singapore. We have been focusing on both short and long-haul trades. In 2021, we expanded into TP and European markets. During the recent years, we have established an international network covering coastal ports in Mainland China, other countries and areas such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East. We also have a comprehensive agency network comprising of 3rd party, joint ventures and fully owned agents that support providing customers with high quality and value-added logistics services.

We are equipped with an international management team, excellent IT system, and digital service platform. As a socially responsible enterprise, we will continue to provide customers and partners with efficient, economical, and reliable services and create more values to benefit society. During 2021, our Alphaliner ranking has improved from No. 79 to No. 23 and we became the second Chinese mainland-based carrier offering regular China-U.S. and China-Europe services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a hands-on and solutions-driven IT Specialist to support both our Singapore office and overseas branch offices. If you enjoy a dynamic environment— this is the opportunity for you.

End-User & Desktop Support

• Provide first- and second-level support for ~150 users across Singapore HQ and remote branches via chat, email, and occasional on-site visits.
• Image, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows 10 / 11, macOS, and iOS devices.

Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) and on-prem AD / AAD hybrid identities.

Maintain conference-room AV, IP phones, printers, and VPN clients.
