Job description :
Conduct routine inspections on all building services, equipment, and facilities.Ensure all service providers are performing up to the specification of contractsAttend to emergency service breakdownAttend to enquiries and feedbackEnsure all contracts, insurance, certificates, and licenses are renewed before expiry.Coordinate and attend Council Meetings and AGMs, including preparation of notices, agenda, documents, as well as recording of the minutesManage and maintain proper records and files of correspondences and documentsMonitor payments and manage recovery of arrearsLiaise with solicitors on recovering of arrears and other mattersPreparing of Budget for Management and Sinking FundRequirement :
Minimum Diploma in Property Management preferredAt least 2 years’ experience and able to work independently.Proficient with Microsoft Office and ExcelGood work attitude, strong leadership and interpersonal skillsKnowledgeable in smart estate app and digital payment platform preferable.Position and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
