Apart from operating
multiple indoor children playground in Singapore, Kiztopia has a
strong Events department that host events beyond the indoor
playground. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
business development managerto join our team in Singapore. The key
responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, developing
tailored event proposals, overseeing sales cycles, maintaining
client relationships, collaborating on marketing and promotion, and
achieving sales targets. This role requires strong sales,
negotiation, networking, strategic planning, budget management, and
data analysis skills to drive event success and company
growth.

Roles and
Responsibilities
1. Prospect for
new clients and markets by identifying new business opportunities
through market research, networking, and industry events. This
includes generating and following up on leads for the sales
team.
2. Develop and maintain the annual event
calendar, mapping all events from the sector of shopping malls,
attractions, exhibition halls, and partnering similar industry
players as complimenting events support.
3.
Create and execute effective business development plans and sales
strategies that align with the company's long-term growth
objectives. Propose preliminary budgets and resource requirements
for each planned event.
4. Prepare and deliver
compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to
prospective clients and internal
stakeholders.
5. Able to think creative and
understanding market trends to propose new concepts and ideas to
venues to attract them to partner
6. Coordinate
with Marketing, Procurement and Operations to align event timing
with product launches, sales campaigns, and business
goals.
7. Building catalogue library to lease
available inventory assets that were built from previous
events
8. Have knowledge of using intellectual
property (IP) licensing to market to other tourism industry
partners such as hotels, airlines, cruises to adopt our IP and
application as a thematic
experience.
Job
Requirements
1. At least 5 years
of professional Sales / Partnership experience, including in sales
management / business development and preferably in hospitality and
attraction industry or events industry.
2.
Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
3. Strong creativity,
organisational and problem-solving skills.
4.
Meticulous, sensitive to number and excellent time management with
the capability to multitask simultaneous ongoing
projects.
5. Able to work independently and as
part of a team and share best practice with colleagues to achieve
the overall aims of Company.
6. Able to do
occasional
travelling.
Qualifications
Requirements
1. Degree in
business administration with sales or relationship management or
marketing related.
Technical
Competencies
1. Experienced in
advanced skills using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel,
Word, & PowerPoint.
