IT Delivery Manager (FinTech) - Islandwide, SG

Job descriptionLead and prioritise technical change requests in alignment with business and compliance requirements. Manage end-to-end technical delivery, including requirements, implementation, testing, and production cutover. Define and enforce technical standards, processes, and best practices. Partner with stakeholders to manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery. Oversee SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing. Monitor delivery KPIs (quality, deployment frequency, incident resolution) and provide regular status updates. Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s is a plus) At least 5 years’ experience in IT delivery, project management, or technical change. Relevant experience in Financial Institutions is an added advantage. Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Proven track record managing complex projects in regulated industries (banking / finance / payments preferred). Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, application architectures, and security / compliance. Skilled in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps; familiar with ITIL frameworks. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana). Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
