Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to assess and align contractor workforce needs.
- Design and implement scalable contractor recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-vetted contract talent for rapid deployment.
- Source, screen, and engage contractors via job boards, agencies, and professional networks.
- Manage staffing vendor relationships and negotiate terms.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Monitor and report on contractor hiring metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and classification standards.
- Maintain accurate records of contractor assignments, contracts, and renewals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor hiring across departments.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on contractor hiring best practices.
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and HR to streamline onboarding and offboarding.
