Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing retail partners to ensure strong collaboration, optimal performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, including upselling and cross-selling of products.
- Identify and recruit new retail partners to expand market presence.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to roll out in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches effectively.
- Track sales performance, analyze market data, and deliver accurate sales forecasts and insights to management.
- Train and educate retail staff on product features and benefits to enhance product knowledge and drive sales performance.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to continuously refine and adapt sales strategies.
