Responsibilities
Acquisition : Prospect, identify, and pursue new business
opportunities within the adult training industry to expand the
client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients,
understanding their training needs, and upselling / cross-selling
relevant programs.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis with clients to understand their
training requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from our
portfolio.
with the training delivery team to tailor training programs to the
specific needs of clients and learners, showcasing the value of our
offerings.
exceed sales targets, managing the entire sales cycle from lead
generation to closing deals.
Management : Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking
leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor
offerings, and market demands to effectively position our training
solutions.
detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients,
showcasing the value and benefits of our training
programs.
Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and manage contract
agreements in collaboration with the legal
team.
reports and performance updates to the sales management
team.
clients on their training experience and relay valuable insights to
the training and product teams for continuous
improvement.
Additional
Expectations .
Have
prior sales experience, with the ability to develop and maintain a
strong client network. An existing portfolio of leads would be an
