Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support our project team in the daily coordination and documentation of interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage project-related documentation and ensure proper filing and version control.
- Prepare, track, and update project documents such as meeting minutes, shop drawings, material submittals, progress reports, and handover files.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure timely submissions and responses.
- Provide full administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
- Assist in tracking project schedules, procurement, site progress, and variation records.
- Handle correspondence in a professional manner, both written and verbal.
Requirements :
At least 2 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.Familiarity with project workflows, documentation standards, and coordination procedures in fit-out environments is an added advantage.Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills (both written and spoken).Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Meticulous, well-organised, and able to multitask under pressure.Independent, dependable, and collaborative team player.Working Day : 5.5 Days
