Our client is
seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive / Assistant
Manager to optimize business volume and profitability for NVO
(Non-Vessel Operating) key accounts. This role will be responsible
for achieving KPIs related to TEUs and contribution margin,
maximizing returns across multiple trade lanes, and contributing to
the growth of the business.

Overview : Optimize
business volume and profitability for NVO key accounts.
Achieve KPIs in both TEUs and contribution
margin.
Maximize returns in both multiple
trade lanes and contributions.
Identify,
develop and implement sales strategic plans to drive revenue
growth.
Collaborate effectively with both
internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer
experiences.
Maintain quality business
information in CRM for analytics on business KPIs such as volume,
revenue, conversion rate, etc.
Develop
customer segmentation strategy to augment corporate portfolio
compatibility.
To actively promote e-commerce
and digital
solutions.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies / Shipping-related
disciplines.
Preferably with at least 5 years
of relevant working experience in container shipping or forwarding
industries.
Proficient in MS Office
applications and experience with CRM tools.
Knowledge in Google suite apps is
advantageous.
