Roles & Responsibilities
The essential responsibilities includes :
- Perform a full range of coordination and administrative duties, including but not limited to invoicing, data entry, document filing, invoice verification, and preparation for payment.
- Efficiently manage documentation, including printing and filing.
- Handle incoming phone calls and restock store housekeeping products.
- Request quotations and negotiate contract terms with internal and external partners.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc administrative duties and operational support as required or assigned by the Manager / Supervisor.
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries professionally.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of all invoices.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of documentation.
- Any other roles / duties as assigned
Formal Education & Certification :
ITE / Diploma / DegreeKnowledge & Experiences :
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiencePossesses excellent customer service, negotiation, interpersonal, and written skillsPossesses positive work attitude, drive, and resilience to meet job challengesAbility to multi-task effectively and work independentlyWell-versed in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word PowerPoint etc.)Personal Attributes
