We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team!
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager , we rely on you to :
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operation
- To assist in maximizing the performance of outlet
- Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in outlet
- Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
- Ensure guest's dining experience are well taken care
We are looking for someone who :
Leads by example and facilitates team cohesivenessMust have experience working in either a restaurant or a hotel / resort environmentAbility to adapt both indoor and outdoor diningExperience in managing monthly F&B Profit & Loss performanceKnowledgeable in F&B POS system and Beverages mixingWilling to work shiftsWe offer :
