Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales staff, setting KPIs and performance standards.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications :
Industry experience in interior design, ID material or construction industryAbility to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.Prefer at least 5-10 years experience in selling ID material such as flooring, decking, and wall panels.Tell employers what skills you have
