Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager with strong expertise in electronic security systems, public address systems, and homeland equipment sales. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in tender submissions and contract closures, along with established relationships with M&E consultants. This role involves leading sales strategy, managing pipelines, developing client relationships, and driving business growth in the security and infrastructure sectors.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share and revenue
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in security and public safety sectors
- Prepare, submit, and follow through on tenders and project quotations
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure
- Maintain and grow relationships with key M&E consultants and end clients
- Build and develop a high-performing sales team through mentoring and performance management
- Manage revenue pipelines and sales forecasting for senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. engineering, operations) to align on project requirements and timelines
- Drive customer satisfaction and client retention
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Requirements :
Possess a degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or multi-country environment.Strong leadership skills, with experience in building and developing high-performing, regionally dispersed teams.Specialization in security systems and homeland sales, with a thorough understanding of the industry's requirements and trends.Established contacts with M&E Consultants, with a proven ability to leverage these relationships for business growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Regional experience in the Asia-Pacific market is required.Tell employers what skills you have
