Job descriptionLead the development, deployment, and maintenance of core software applications and databases. Drive system integration, performance optimization, and user experience enhancements. Establish and maintain robust, multi-layered IT security frameworks (endpoint, network, application, and cloud). Ensure compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements. Define and execute IT strategies aligned with business priorities. Lead and develop a high-performing IT team across multiple domains. Manage IT budgets, vendors, and technology roadmaps to ensure operational efficiency and scalability. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, covering infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity. Strong hands-on knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure (LAN / server / wireless / cloud), enterprise software, databases, and IT security. Experience working in regulated environments with an understanding of compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Background in Insurance, Financial Institutions, or Fintech is strongly preferred.
