Job descriptionProvide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and project teams, ensuring resolution of mechanical issues and compliance with specifications and contract terms. Prepare technical documentation, support tender submissions, and contribute to value engineering and presentation materials. Participate in project planning, including scope definition, manpower planning, schedules (e.g., Gantt charts), and budgeting using tools like Microsoft Project. Monitor project performance, including cash flow, P&L, and operational progress, while advising on site issues, manpower deployment, and procurement matters. Engage with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to address project-related concerns and ensure smooth execution. Assist in variation order justifications, claim settlements, and recruitment needs across project lifecycles. Foster relationships with potential clients and consultants to support future project opportunities. Uphold contractual knowledge and promote best practices through leadership, mentorship, and team motivation. Min. Degree Mechanical Engineering & at least 10 years of experience in ACMV and fire protection systems. Registration as a Professional Engineer (Mechanical) is an advantage. Fluent in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills. Proactive, self-driven, and confident in engaging with senior stakeholders, clients, and consultants. Only shortlisted candidates would be notified

- Mon – Fri, 8 : 30am – 6pm
- Sat, 8 : 30am – 12 : 30pm
- Location : Ang Mo Kio
