Roles & Responsibilities
We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Food and Beverage Manager to support the overall management of our culinary and dining operations.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of food and beverage activities
- Support the management and development of the culinary and service teams
- Contribute to menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with suppliers, assist in negotiating contracts, and manage procurement of ingredients and supplies
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels, minimizing waste, and optimizing stock control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment
- Participate in analyzing sales and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assist in administrative tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Qualifications :
Proven experience in a related role in the food and beverage industryStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of culinary techniques, flavors, and food safety standardsProficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant technologyAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentTell employers what skills you have
