Roles & Responsibilities
We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to support the overall management of our culinary and dining operations. As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the department.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of food and beverage activities
- Support the management and development of the culinary and service teams
- Contribute to menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with suppliers, assist in negotiating contracts, and manage procurement of ingredients and supplies
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels, minimizing waste, and optimizing stock control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment
- Participate in analyzing sales and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote food and beverage offerings
- Assist in administrative tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Stay informed about industry trends, new ingredients, and culinary techniques
