Job Description & Requirements
Job Scope :
- Able to produce bread / buns on schedule
- Assist in preparations of bread and other items
- Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products
- Monitoring, checking, and receiving stocks for baking ingredients
- Responsible to maintain the premises of the baking area in a neat and hygienic manner
- Practice good housekeeping & workplace / kitchen safety awareness
- Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in bakery functions
- Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements :
Prefer a minimum of 1-2 years and above of bakery work experiencePhysical fit and able to carry heavy stuffAbility to read and follow recipesPossess baking skillsGood organizational skillsMust be able to adhere to health and safety regulationsAbility to meet strict deadlinesSalary is negotiable subject to your work experiences!
