Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Promote, develop, and implement the company’s products to both existing and new customers.
• Provide consistent after-sales support, including troubleshooting, technical assistance, sample preparation, and development of new products or other customer-related activities.
• Align with the Global team and ensure proper implementation of instructions from the Global Account Leader.
• Act as the key interface between customers and the company’s design / technical team.
• Facilitate and drive key project meetings with customers.
• Take overall ownership of key accounts and manage related project activities in Singapore.
