Job Description &

Requirements

1.根据菜单要求准备和烹饪各种西式菜肴,包括前菜,主菜和甜点等。

2.负责控制食材的使用和库存,以最大限度地减少浪费和成本。

3.维护厨房设备的清洁和维护,确保其正常运行。

4.遵守食品安全和卫生标准,确保食品安全和卫生的可控性。

5.与其他厨师和服务员紧密合作,确保菜品的准时送达和整体的食品体验。

Prepare and cook a variety of Western dishes according to

the menu requirements, including appetizers, main courses, and

desserts.

Manage the use and inventory of

ingredients to minimize waste and control costs.

Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of

kitchen equipment.

Comply with food safety and

hygiene standards to ensure food safety and sanitation.

Work closely with other chefs and service staff to ensure

timely delivery of dishes and an overall excellent dining

experience.
