We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Executive, Events to join our dynamic team at Manulife. In this
strategic and hands-on role, you will be responsible for leading
the planning, management, and execution of high-profile events that
enhance our brand visibility and strengthen our relationships with
key partners.
As an Executive, Events, you will
oversee the entire event lifecycle with the team, from concept
development to post-event analysis, ensuring that each event aligns
with our corporate goals and delivers exceptional value. You will
collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to
create engaging and memorable experiences that resonate with our
diverse audiences.
Position
Responsibilities : Plan
and coordinate events from conception to completion
Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners
to ensure seamless execution
Handle event
budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection,
catering, and audiovisual equipment
Support
team members of events execution and event
administration
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to achieve event goals
Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for
future
improvements
Required
Qualifications : Min. 2
years of experience in Events management-
Proven track record of successful event
execution
Excellent communication,
organizational, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet
deadlines
Ability to work independently and
also ability to work in a team.
Strong
attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (ie Microsoft
office - Excel, Adobe, Canva)
