We are partnering with a renowned Insurtech company that is transforming how insurance intermediaries and employers manage employee benefits and corporate insurance. They are now seeking an Account Manager to join their expanding team. .
Job Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and intermediaries.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and align them with platform capabilities.
- Drive adoption and effective usage of platform features across client organizations.
- Monitor client health and proactively resolve issues to ensure renewal and growth.
- Conduct account reviews, share insights, and provide regular reporting.
- Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the sales team.
- Provide advisory support on employee benefits and corporate insurance.
- Understand platform workflows, integrations, and data to guide client usage.
- Share client feedback with product / tech teams to enhance platform performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of client queries, claims, and renewals.
- Train HR teams, intermediaries, and users on the platform.
- Support onboarding processes, including data setup and product demos.
Job Requirements :
3–5 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or within insurtech / HR tech platforms.Knowledge of corporate insurance and employee benefitStrong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Collaborative team player able to work with sales, product, and operations functions.Regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
