We are seeking a motivated Junior Baker to support our
central kitchen team. This role involves assisting with the
preparation, baking, and finishing of breads, pastries, and other
bakery products while learning professional baking
techniques.
Key
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and baking a variety of bakery
items.
Measure, mix, and handle ingredients
under supervision.
Operate and clean baking
equipment safely.
Maintain cleanliness and
follow food safety standards.
Support senior
bakers and follow daily production
schedules.
Requirements
Some experience in a bakery, kitchen, or culinary
training preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team
environment.
Flexible with early morning or
weekend shifts.
