HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

The HR Exec will support HR teams in the following areas :

• Administrative Support – Facilitate routine tasks such as updating personal particulars, managing personnel clearance, liaising with internal stakeholders, and maintaining records in relevant HR systems.
• Programme Support – Customise and prepare certificates for participants of HR programmes and activities.
• Communication Management – Handle communication with HR candidates and programme participants, including drafting emails, preparing replies, and coordinating mass collection of responses.
• Event Support – Assist in the planning and execution of HR events such as interview boards, engagement sessions, career fairs, activity camps, and ceremonies.
• Records Management – eFile and reorganise archives across both internal and external storage platforms.
• Recruitment Events- help out with the recruitment drives at schools / jobfairs.
